Experience

I coordinated and supported the Issuing Product and Technology teams to modernize various products and transition programs and processing from a mainframe environment to a cloud environment. Tasks involved timeline management, data management and analysis, running meetings and coordinating communication between various teams, and managing Jira issues and backlog 

I supported a distribution and production warehouse by analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, responding to requests from management, updating technology and process flows, proposing new solutions to management, and implementing those solutions. 

As a Business Operations Specialist, I scheduled production and product pick up/drop off. I managed inventory and orders for over one million items and coordinate order management between operations staff and customers. 

I conducted research under the supervision of CMU PhD students and faculty on automatically generating privacy UIs for Android apps using Annotations. This work is to promote transparency and trust between developers and designed to improve privacy practices among Android developers. The work was eventually published here -

I assisted project managers on various projects regarding new improvements to our SAAS products by interviewing stakeholders, identifying and writing requirements, and testing the development teams' software for quality assurance.

I collaborated on development for improvements on different projects for both internal and external use and was the project lead for multiple smaller projects.
